Our certified organic Aceto Balsamico Nero is a ‘Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP’. For maturation, the stewed juice of the Trebbiano grape is stored and fermented for at least 60 days in wooden barrels. This gives the balsamic vinegar its complex aroma, colour and bouquet.
