Organic balsamic vinegar – bianco

Our organic Balsamic Bianco is made from white wine vinegar and preserved, concentrated organic Trebbiano grape must. However, this is not stored in wooden barrels, but bottled directly. As a result, it retains its bright colour and has a significantly lower acidity.

• The light balsamic vinegar tastes pleasantly mild, sweet and has a fruity density. The harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity makes it versatile.
• The lovely aroma goes perfectly with an orange salad, lamb’s lettuce, rocket, chicory, radicchio or endive.
