Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) or Euro (EUR).

Payment Methods
by personal payment in cash
despatch by mail with a payment slip requiring payment within 30 days
by online shopping with a credit card.

Delivery

Products will be despatched by mail with the best possible packaging.

Postage and Packaging


• 8.50 CHF per consignment within Switzerland.
• For international delivery, postage is calculated according to the destination and per kg.
• 
For private customers within Switzerland, shipping of goods with a value over CHF 85.50 is free of charge.

Guarantee


All products are despatched in good condition and in accordance with the product specifications. DI BENNARDO AG guarantees the high quality of its products only within the product’s use by date and when stored correctly (products must be protected from light and warmth). Since the products contain no preservatives or surface-treatment agents, no product can be guaranteed beyond its use by date. However, should it be proven that a product has deteriorated within its use by date despite being stored correctly, this product will be replaced, after consultation between supplier and purchaser.

Exchange


Products once purchased cannot be exchanged.

Return of Goods


Products once purchased cannot be returned, since they are perishable consumer goods.

Declaration of Data Security


DI BENNARDO AG respects its clients’ data security and only makes use of data supplied by clients for the fulfilment of the order and, with the consent of the client, for the sending of promotional material directly from DI BENNARDO AG. No data whatsoever is forwarded to third parties, unless the forwarding of data is required for the processing of contract conditions. DI BENNARDO AG further draws its clients‘ attention to the fact that due to technical circumstances, communication via the internet is neither secure nor confidential.

Truthful and Accurate Customer Details


Your details must be truthful and accurate. DI BENNARDO AG reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in the case of false declarations being made.

Right of Revocation


If you have given DI BENNARDO AG your personal details, you can ask to have them erased at any time. Data used for invoicing and bookkeeping purposes is not affected by any such deletion or revocation.

Liability


DI BENNARDO AG accepts no liability for the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of information made available on its website. The use of this information is voluntary and at the user’s own risk. Similarly, no liability is accepted for the website content of any third parties who can be accessed via links on the DI BENNARDO AG website, www.dibennardo.com.
