DI BENNARDO Apéro Olives are a real treat for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.
Production:
DI BENNARDO olives come solely from Sicily. When picked fresh from the tree, the exclusive Sicilian olive is rather acerbic in taste. To achieve a harmonious flavour, they are crushed, before being pickled alongside their own stones in salt water and allowed to mature for a year.
They are finished off by seasoning and turning them over in DI BENNARDO Olive Oil.
